Regular Season Round 2: Vysoka - Svitavy 71-92

There was no surprise in Vysoka nad Labem where Vysoka was outplayed by Svitavy 92-71 on Sunday. Svitavy forced 27 Vysoka turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. The best player for the winners was the former international guard Pavel Slezak (186-1984) who scored 30 points. Point guard Vojtech Nadenicek (175-2003) chipped in 14 points and 7 assists. Svitavy's coach felt very confident that he used 10 players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. Forward Krystof Bata (196-2000) produced 15 points and 9 rebounds and guard Adam Srnik (188-2002) added 13 points and 8 rebounds respectively for the hosts. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Svitavy will meet at home Zlin in the next round. Vysoka will play against MS Academy in Ostrava and hope to win that game.
